1. Eligibility for Refund

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

• You received a damaged, expired, or wrong item.

• The item is returned within 7 days of receiving it.

• You must provide photo/video evidence of the issue.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

• The request is made more than 7 days after delivery.

• The issue is due to change of mind, taste preference, or allergies not disclosed before purchase.

3. Return Process

To request a refund:

2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting evidence (photos/videos).

3. If approved, we will arrange a return shipping method or ask you to return the product.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.

4. Refund Method

• Refunds will be made to your original payment method (Shopee wallet, bank transfer, etc.).

• In some cases, store credit may be offered as an alternative.

5. Shipping Costs

• If the return is due to our mistake (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping.

• If the return is not due to our error, return shipping will be at your own cost
